Deposits:

A deposit of $75.00 is required for all new customers. This amount is refundable after 18 months with interest provided the account has been maintained in a current status throughout the period.

Billing:

The District will read your meter every month and will bill monthly.

We Are Pleased To Announce The Following Enhancements To Our Customer Billing Services:

• Online access to your account, through our web site www.boonewater.com, allowing you to view your account balance, payment history, and usage history. Available now!.
• Electronic bill using email. Now you may choose to have your bill email. Available now!
• Automatic payment from your checking or savings account on the due date. Available now! Requires ACH Form to be downloaded and submitted. |download form|
• We do accept credit card payments. You can either make a payment online |click here to make payment| or you may call us toll free at 1-855-483-5729 to make a payment.
